I study how ideas of diversity, equity, and excellence shape the way knowledge is produced and valued. My work brings together sociology, feminist theory, and cultural studies to uncover how social hierarchies are built—and how they might be undone. Beyond academic publications, I also share insights through workshops, talks, and collaborations that connect research with wider public conversations.
